8) Can you deliver my certificate to my court house?

Yes we would love to do it for you, but some states requires signature on completion certificate, there your certificate will be delivered to your place by USPS first class mail, you have to sign it then send it your court, after that you will get your ticket.

9) When I’ll get my certificate?

If you complete your course before 9:00 A.M, then your completion certificate will be processed on the same day, otherwise it will proceed on the next working day, and as soon as it reached the court, they will update their systems this process ill take about 7 to 14 days time.

10) Can you contact my court regarding the delivery of my completion certificate?

Pay $10.00 for that and we will do it for you and after verifying that your certificate has reached to the court, we will inform you through email.

11) How could I avail your rush service?

By rush service we mean quick delivery of your certificate, and for that you have to pay few extra dollars, for express mail/ rush processing service, you have to pay $25.00, your certificate will be processed on the same working day by USPS express mail and for priority mail pay $15.00 and get your certificate as soon as possible.

12) What is the procedure of the identity verification and what are the fees for that?

There are two ways to verify your identity, one is experian verification and other is notary public verification, experian verification is done by us prior to your final exam, after successful verification you will be asked to go further with the exam.

Where as in notarizing you have to notarize your test paper with local notarizing authority , you need to have driving license, Passport or state ID for that after notarizing the paper give your exam and mail it fax it to us for scoring.

13) Is there any time period to finish the course?

You have to finish the course by the date your traffic school certificate is due.

14) The due date of my completion certificate and the due date of my course completion are same?

Completion certificate is due on due date and you have to finish your course by that time, it is advisable to finish your course few days prior to your due date and in case if you face time scarcity call your court and get 30 days extension.

15) Today is the due date of my certificate, can I tale my course today also?

Yes, you can take your class, but better get the extension from your court rather than finishing it at last moment.

16) I want to extend my program, how could I get extension?

For the extension contact your court as we are not authorized to provide extension.

17) How is the course, is it tough or easy?

Our course is very easy the study material, the chapter plan are designed in very organized form. You have to score 100% in each quiz and 80%in your final paper and it is really very easy to score.

18) I am quite busy with other engagements and travel a lot, how could I follow my course?

Traffic school fee and court fee are totally different, you have to pay court fee other wise they will not approve your certificate from us, and traffic school fee is like any school fee, you have to pay it, whether you join us or some other traffic school.

23) Few courts do not allow online traffic school, how could I check the status of my court?

As soon as you proceed on the site and you are asked to make the selection of your state and court you will come to know whether our court approve us or not.

24) I had a ticket do taking second ticket from your school will keep my rates from going up?

Yes taking traffic school will dismiss your ticket. From your record, and your insurance company will not raise your rate.
